We would like to inform you about the latest situation regarding our plans in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Firstly, our prime aim is to ensure we protect the health, safety and wellbeing of all our members, their families and our volunteers during this unique situation.
We are monitoring daily the news around the Coronavirus and what it means for us at Radars and in grassroots football. The current guidance is the suspension of all matches (including friendlies) and training sessions until further notice. We do know today that Thursday 30th April is when the professional game aim to resume and that the leagues will be extended indefinitely for this season, we would therefore assume grassroots football to follow suit shortly after.
We kindly request that all outstanding payments for March are finalised and we will not expect the April fee to be paid, however we are reliant on our subscriptions to operate and for maintenance so if you are willing to pay we would be truly grateful.
If you are unable or do not wish to pay please do not worry and ignore any automated reminders from the system, outstanding April payments will be removed from the system by the 5th April.
We appreciate that although football may resume, the financial consequences of the pandemic may continue into the months ahead, please be assured that no-one needs to leave the club, miss training or not play due to financial hardship, we simply ask that you contact us via whichever means you are comfortable with to discuss what flexibility you need from us.
We also will be looking to move registration to September to coincide with the start of next season and to hopefully give families time to get back on track financially.
If any of the information here changes, we will update you as fast as we can around our employment but please do contact us via email or our social media for the quickest response.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
